Tools don't fix leaks on their own.

AI won't understand every unusual situation. Some enquiries need a person, and the system hands those over rather than guessing.

Not every software platform supports every integration. Where a connection isn't practical, I'll tell you before the build, not after.

We don't guarantee rankings, lead volumes or conversion rates. Anyone in this industry who does is either misinformed or selling you something.

Automation shouldn't replace proper human review. Anything involving money, safety or a complaint should reach a person.

Usage costs go up as volume does. Telephony, messaging and ad spend are charged at cost and confirmed in writing.

Legal and industry obligations stay specific to each business. I configure around your approved processes, but confirming your obligations is yours.

A workflow gets tested before it goes in front of customers. That's built into every project.
