I look at how enquiries currently reach your business — phone, form, socials — and where they’re being dropped. You get a short written summary of what I’d fix first and roughly what it would cost. Not a formal audit report, and not a scheduled call.

We work by email and scheduled meetings instead of a phone line. Every enquiry gets logged, read properly and answered with something useful, rather than a rushed conversation between jobs. It also means nothing gets lost because someone couldn’t pick up. If a call suits you better, ask for a scheduled meeting in the form and we’ll set a time.
