The cheapest customer is the one you already have.

You do good work. The customer is pleased. Then you both get on with your lives and nobody asks. Six months later you have got eleven reviews and the competitor down the road has ninety. You have got hundreds of past customers who would happily use you again. They have not because nothing reminded them. Meanwhile you are paying for ads to reach strangers.

The workflow, step by step

1

You finish a job and mark it done in the CRM.

2

A review request goes out within the hour — a text with a direct Google review link.

3

A reactivation campaign reaches past customers who have gone quiet, with a genuine reason to come back.

4

Email and SMS sequences keep you top of mind for the next time they need you.

Made-up example. The real one gets built around your business.

Where you step in

If a negative review comes in, you get an alert so you see it first and can respond. Custom requests and rescheduling come back to you, not the automation.

Software it works with

Stated honestly: native means the software exposes a proper connection we use directly. Via Make or Zapier means we build the connection through an automation layer. Via API means a custom connection. Via link means we point at it.

What this does NOT do

  • We cannot remove a negative review. Nobody can, unless it breaches platform policy.
  • We will not message a purchased list. Ever. We only message people who have consented in a way that holds up.
  • We will not send to a list without a consent basis.
  • Results depend entirely on list size and quality, which is why we look before quoting.
