YOUR ACTUAL MONTHLY BILL
What it costs to run, not just to build.
Most services either bundle calls or bill per minute, so the customer can't work out the total. Ours is one flat rate per answered call with telephony included.
Worked example — not a quote
AI receptionist, Simple: From $199/month, including up to 40 answered calls.
Say the business takes about 60 calls in a month. That's 20 extra answered calls, from $2 each — about $40. So roughly $239 for the month.
There's no separate per-minute telephony charge; the per-call price covers the call itself.
If the system sends texts — confirmations, follow-ups — those are charged separately at provider cost. We confirm your expected figure in writing before launch.

All at provider cost, confirmed in writing before launch. The per-answered-call price on the AI receptionist covers telephony and call minutes — those are not an extra.
WHY WE CAN BE CHEAPER
Our cost structure, not their ethics.
An agency charging $5,000 for the same site isn't necessarily ripping you off — they're paying for a studio, a project manager, a salesperson and someone to chase you for content. You're paying for all of that in the quote.
You're not paying for any of that here. It's founder-led delivery, low overheads, no account-management layer, and productised setups already built before. That's the whole reason the number is lower, and it's also why you deal with the person doing the work, not a receptionist.
You own the build once it’s paid for. Files, domain and hosting account handed over in writing on final payment.
No lock-in. Monthly things run month to month.
