Someone answers. Every time. Every channel.
The phone goes while you are on the tools. It rings out. They do not leave a message — almost nobody does. They ring the next number on Google. A message comes in on Facebook at 8pm and sits there until morning. By the time you see it, they have booked someone else.

How it works
The workflow, step by step
A call comes in while you are on the tools or driving.
The AI receptionist answers in under a second and asks your qualifying questions — job type, suburb, urgency, access.
Job type, suburb and urgency are recorded in a consistent format, not scrawled on a bit of paper.
A structured summary lands in your pipeline with the contact details attached.
Made-up example. The real one gets built around your business.
Where you step in
Anything urgent, sensitive or outside the agreed rules — complaints, safety, money above your published ranges — comes straight to you. The system never improvises beyond what you have approved.
What it connects to
Software it works with
Stated honestly: native means the software exposes a proper connection we use directly. Via Make or Zapier means we build the connection through an automation layer. Via API means a custom connection. Via link means we point at it.
What this does NOT do
- It will not improvise answers outside the information you have approved. If it does not know, it says so and takes a message.
- It will not quote a price or commit to a time unless you have told it to.
- WhatsApp and Meta messaging have their own approval processes, message-window rules and per-conversation charges set by Meta. Those are outside our control.
- It should never be the only path for a customer in genuine distress.
