Our Services
Hughesy AI Automation provides website design and development, AI system development, and automation solutions. These services are delivered primarily online, with custom solutions tailored to your business needs.
Pricing
All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Before we commence work on your project, we will provide you with a detailed quote and confirm the final pricing. You will have the opportunity to review and approve all costs before any services are delivered.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. We will discuss your preferred payment schedule and any deposit requirements before work begins. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.
Intellectual Property
You own all content, text, images, and data that you provide to us or that we create specifically for your project. However, Hughesy AI Automation retains ownership of our underlying systems, templates, frameworks, and tools used to deliver your services. You are licensed to use these for your project but cannot redistribute or resell them.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation
For monthly or ongoing services, you may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Any fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement.
