Marketing messages that don’t get you reported.

Email and SMS campaigns set up properly — consent handled, sender identified, unsubscribe working.

Most small-business email marketing is either non-existent or a monthly all-in blast that nobody opens, and most SMS marketing is set up without anyone checking whether it’s allowed.

If that sounds familiar, this is the system that fixes it. Here is exactly how it works.

What you get

Templates in your branding
Segmented lists so people get relevant messages
Consent capture and record-keeping set up correctly
Sender identification and working unsubscribe on everything
Sequences for new customers, past customers and seasonal work
Reporting on what got opened and what got clicked

On compliance

Australian rules on commercial email and SMS require consent, clear sender identification, and a functioning unsubscribe that’s actioned promptly. We configure around your approved consent process and set the mechanics up properly. Confirming your own obligations remains yours — we’ll flag what we see, but we’re not your lawyers.

The workflow, step by step

What kicks it off

A new lead, past customer or seasonal moment enters a sequence

What gets written down

Templates in your branding, segmented so people get relevant messages

What runs on its own

Messages go out on a schedule you approve, not when you remember

Where you step in

You decide which campaigns to scale up and which to switch off based on what actually booked jobs

Where it ends up

Reporting on what got opened and what got clicked

Example in practice

What we won’t promise

  • Won’t send to a list without a consent basis.
  • Won’t guarantee open rates or revenue.
  • Platform sending costs are yours, at cost.

SMS sender ID registration

Since 1 July 2026, alphanumeric sender IDs used to text Australian mobile numbers must be registered on the ACMA SMS Sender ID Register. This applies to every SMS this system sends, not just marketing campaigns. If you want your business name showing as the sender rather than a number, that sender ID now has to be registered. We’ll handle the registration through your provider as part of setup. Unregistered sender IDs get shown as “Unverified” or may be blocked by carriers. We can’t guarantee a registration will be approved.

Software it works with

Stated honestly: native means we connect directly. Via Make or Zapier means an automation layer sits between. Via API means a custom connection. We will never claim a native integration that has not been built.

Your email platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, custom) — via API
SMS gateway — via API
CRM list segmentation — via API
Website form captures — native

Questions about Email & SMS Marketing Automation

How often should I send?
Monthly is plenty for most trades. Weekly is for businesses with something new to say weekly.
Email or SMS?
SMS gets read almost immediately but wears out fast. Email carries detail. Use both for different jobs.
What counts as consent?
Broadly, someone who’s asked to hear from you or has an existing relationship — and that has limits. We’ll go through it in setup.
Can I send to everyone in my phone?
No. That’s the exact thing this service exists to stop you doing.
What about the Spam Act?
Australian rules require consent, clear sender identification, and a functioning unsubscribe that’s actioned promptly. We configure the mechanics. Confirming your own obligations remains yours — we will flag what we see, but we are not your lawyers.
