Retain and Grow
There’s work sitting in your old customer list.
A one-off campaign to people who’ve bought before, plus automation that keeps them coming back.
The customers you already had
“You’ve got hundreds of past customers who’d happily use you again, but they haven’t because nothing reminded them — meanwhile you’re paying for ads to reach strangers.”
If that sounds familiar, this is the system that fixes it. Here is exactly how it works.
What is included
What you get
The consent constraint
We only message people who’ve consented in a way that holds up. Part of this job is checking whether your list actually qualifies, and sometimes the answer is that a chunk of it doesn’t. We’d rather tell you that than get your number flagged.
How it works
The workflow, step by step
The CRM flags customers who haven’t booked in 6 or 12 months
A personalised text or email offers something useful, not a generic blast
A second touch a week later for non-responders, then it stops
You take the reply — by phone or booking link — and lock in the rebooking
Service-interval reminders and upsell prompts keep them coming back
Example in practice
Made-up example. The real one gets built around your business.
When reactivation won’t work
- Won’t message a purchased list. Ever.
- Can’t reactivate customers who left unhappy — that’s a different conversation.
- Results depend entirely on list size and quality, which is why we look before quoting.
SMS sender ID registration
Since 1 July 2026, alphanumeric sender IDs used to text Australian mobile numbers must be registered on the ACMA SMS Sender ID Register. This applies regardless of message content — a reactivation offer is marketing, but even service-interval reminders are covered by the sender ID requirement. If you want your business name showing as the sender rather than a number, that sender ID now has to be registered. We’ll handle the registration through your provider as part of setup. Unregistered sender IDs get shown as “Unverified” or may be blocked by carriers. We can’t guarantee a registration will be approved.
What it connects to
Software it works with
Stated honestly: native means we connect directly. Via Make or Zapier means an automation layer sits between. Via API means a custom connection. We will never claim a native integration that has not been built.
Pricing
One-off reactivation campaign $490. Ongoing loyalty and upsell automation $99/month. We only message people who have consented in a way that holds up. Part of this work is checking whether your list actually qualifies.
What changes the quote
- List size and segmentation
- Number of campaigns
- SMS vs email vs both
- Monthly message volume
All prices in AUD, excluding GST. SMS, ad spend and third-party software are charged at cost and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
